South Vancouver’s First Cup coffee kiosk is a social enterprise, managed by South Vancouver Neighbourhood House, to provide employment skills training and a community hub for people living in the area. The Kiosk sells espresso coffee products, BC Lottery tickets, teas and cookies.

Applicants must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy providing quality service. The Kiosk Barista/Cashier will receive training in Lotto equipment operations and barista service.  The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and be able to move chairs and tables.

Previous cashier experience preferably in a fast food restaurant or coffee shop desired however the right attitude will exceed experience.

• Kiosk hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 4:00 pm
• Currently need on-call coverage for Wed, Thur, Sat

• Reliable and responsible
• Able to manage money and do bank deposits
• Successful criminal record search required

$10.14/hour on-call position
