National Indigenous History Month Event – Saturday, June 18th 2022
Join us for the National Indigenous History Month event coming up this Saturday June 18th, at SVNH from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
This will be an in-person, All-House event and will consist of three Circles facilitated by the Indigenous members of the Indigenous Advisory Council of SVNH
- "History of the Indigenous Celebrations and Events" with Elder Lorelei Hawkins
- "Inclusiveness in the Indigenous Culture" with Elder Al Chad Houston
- "Life Cycle of the Blankets" with Travis Angus
We have around 10 spots left for this Saturday and so please register as soon as possible.
If you are available to attend this event, please register HERE. Feel free to invite friends and family who you would like to share the experience and learning with but please register everyone individually so we can keep track of the number of attendees.
